After our consultation, all systems are GO! You will receive your agreement, invoice, and your pre-work questionnaire. You will secure your VIP Day with a deposit or you can pay in full. Your pre-work questionnaire will have to be submitted, fully completed, at least 72-hours prior your VIP Day.
Once these are received, the real work begins. My team and I will start our funnel data research to discover gaps, areas of improvement, audience research, and more.

Is this VIP Day for You
I have experience with working with coaches from all types of the coaching genre and from all over the globe. However, this VIP Day is ideal for life, business, and health coaches who are comfortable with working in the Eastern Standard Time timezone.
In addition, ideal coaches...
- Have may or may not have a freebie/lead magnet
- Have an email list of <900 subscribers
- May or may not know what a funnel is
- Have tried to build a funnel with little to no success
- Do not have a team or may have a team of 1-2 people
- Understand the importance of investing in yourself, your business, and your offer
- Value the importance of relationships and understand the part it plays in your business success
- Are opened to constructive and caring feedback that will help you level-up and accomplish your goals
- Are willing to roll-up your sleeves and do the necessary work to see the success that want to obtain
- Do not look for an quick-fix or "book out over night" remedy to your funnel or business issues
Prior to VIP Day
- Tell your family and support team that you are engaging in an VIP intensive for a day and that you will be occupied and focused for up to 5 hours.
- Complete the prework questionnaire as completely and as transparently as possible. Submit it as soon as you can.
- The night before, get enough rest.
On VIP Day
- Eat breakfast, mentally prepare for the day, find a quiet place for us to work together, and drink plenty of water
- Be open to new but proven ways to attract your ideal client and strategies to build, strengthen, and grow your coaching business
After VIP Day
- Implement tasks listed on Execution action plan
- If you have questions or feel overwhelmed, utilize your 30 days Post VIP Care support and contact Jay or your 3-month check-in call.
This VIP Day was designed and created primarily with life, business, and health/wellness coaches in mind. However, consultants, strategists, and speakers have found my system successful as well.
If you don't have a team, that's quite alright. The Create My Funnel Blueprint VIP Day was created for coaches who are managing their businesses solo or with a smaller team of <2 team members.
If you already have an established list or audience, regardless of the size, would make increasing your client list and revenue much easier. However, it is possible to be successful if you start from scratch and grow a more focused and quality list or audience.
The VIP Day
Yes. After your consultation with Jay, you will be sent a detailed pre-work questionnaire that will need to be completed at least 72-hours prior to your VIP Day. This questionnaire is vital to the work that we will do together and set the basis for the first 2-3 hours of our VIP Day. It's crucial that you complete the questionnaire thoroughly and as transparently as possible. You should allow 45 minutes to an hour to complete.
The VIP Day is a total of 5.5 hours with breaks and a 30 minute lunch built in. The schedule for VIP Days will be 12PM - 5:30 PM EST.
After our consultation, you will be invited to schedule your VIP Day. There are 3-4 available VIP Day slots a month.
You will be able to schedule your VIP Day 4-6 weeks from the conclusion of consultation. This will allow you time to complete the pre-work and for me and my team to complete our audit and research.
It all depends on you & your team's comfort level and skillset. If you're comfortable with implementing the strategies discussed in our VIP Day, then YES, you can do it. The strategies, information, and resources that are provided to you during our VIP Day are designed to help you execute your funnel. You can outsource these tasks, implement them yourself, or do both. It's totally up to you. If would like to utilize my team to help you design and launch your funnel, we can do that too.
Sometimes, we have blind spots in our businesses and lean on the expertise of others within our business to help us. If you feel comfortable with bringing your virtual assistant, online business manager, or social media manager on the VIP Day, that is possible. However, as the CEO of your business, it's best if our time together is spent with just the two of us.
You will receive a recording of our VIP Day and an Execution action plan that you can give to your team. The two of you can discuss it together. If you have any questions afterward, you can contact me.
Additional questions
After your VIP Day, you will receive 30-days of post VIP Day access to Jay to ask questions, address concerns, or just to speak to if you're overwhelmed. Plus, there's a bonus 3 month 30-minute 1:1 check-in call with Jay.
I get it - life happens. If you need to reschedule, you can do so up to 72 hours prior to your VIP Day. You can reschedule using the link in your VIP Day confirmation email. You are only allowed to reschedule your VIP Day once. For genuine extenuating circumstances, you can contact Jay directly.
If you need to cancel your VIP Day. due to the intense and customized nature of the intensive, there are no refunds after scheduling your day.
Yes! You have the option to either pay for your VIP Day in full or you can pay a deposit at the time of signing your agreement and then the balance 72 hours prior to your VIP Day.
If your balance is not paid 72 hours prior to your VIP Day, then your intensive will be cancelled and you will forfeit your deposit.
