Unfortunately, I cannot say that for all of you.

You might be providing a valuable service, but it's time to re-evaluate your communication strategy if they're not raving fans! As a Coaching Business Strategist, I see these 3 red flags pop up all the time:

➡ Crickets in the chat (limited or slow response times)

Client: Yeah, things are going well. Thanks for checking in!

➡ Constant comparison shopping (always mentioning competitors)

Client: I saw [Competitor's Name] has a program that focuses on [specific tactic you don't cover]. Maybe that would be a better fit?

➡ The dreaded "renewal dance" (difficult contract negotiations)

Client: Sure, I can renew, but can we talk about a discount?

She did that! How many of you screamed when @hermusicofficial popped up during @usher halftime show?

I know I did! I didn’t know I could scream and sing at the same time.

All the secret celebrity appearances he had during those amazing 13 minutes were everything!

And, of course, I can find a teachable moment out of any situation.

Each appearance served several purposes. They: 1) Provided the audience what they wanted - to see other celebrities on their favorite songs; 2) Gave the celebrities their moment on the world’s biggest stage in American football; and 3) Allowed Usher time to make adjustments with sound (changing mics) and to do one of his many wardrobe changes.

H.E.R.’s solo, while amazing as it was accomplished all 3 of these in just a matter of moments. And, we were none the wiser.

That’s what your funnel and systems should do for you and your business. While you are away focusing on your 1:1 coaching, family, self-care, whatever it may be, your funnels should bring in more prospects and leads and your systems should entertain or care for your clients or prospects without you being there.

In this age of tech and automation, you should not be so hands-on with specific elements of your business.

Your systems and funnels should give you more freedom and allow you to shine.
